IT Department - Managerial Level
Education and Experience:
> Should be a Master degree holder from a recognized university with IT background.
> Should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial banks in IT department.
> Preference shall be given to those with experience in Core Banking data migration/implementation in T24 and Finacle.
JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Department- Managerial Level
Information Technology is a basic requirement for any organization. In the Banking sector, information becomes knowledge for today and a very powerful tool for decision making in the future. Various forms of information is collected and stored each day, which are necessary for taking meaningful actions that render benefits to the Bank. The IT Department monitors the software performance and advices the Bank on IT related projects of the Bank.
Head – Deprived Sector Banking
Key roles and responsibilities:
> Manage the country level Deprived Sector Lending (DSL) Portfolio of the Bank.
> Grow the book of Deprived Sector Lending Business under direct lending channels as well as source new businesses through own initiative.
> Indentify potential Deprived Sector Lending avenues, areas/market for the growth of business.
> Increase sales, enhance customer retention, provide technical advice, guidance & support to both internal clientele.
> Liaise with management to redefine strategies, delivery channels wherever applicable.
> Periodically measure and critically evaluate outcome of strategies/tactics adopted to drive deprived sector business growth.
