Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited, a national level development bank invites applications from qualified Nepalese Citizens who are highly committed, motivated, creative and competent with a strong desire to excel in banking sector for the following job positions: –

1. Job Position: Officer to Deputy Manager
> Corporate Position: Officer to Deputy Manager for Department Head and Jr. officer/officer for BM
> Age- Not exceeding 40 years as of 16th Feb 2017

2. Job Position: Branch Managers
Job Description:
> Should be skillful in attracting new deposit and loan businesses, providing a superior level of customer service and promoting service culture through coaching. guidance and staff motivation
> Age- Not exceeding 40 years as of 16th Feb 2017

3.Job Position : Head- General Service Department
> Age- Not exceeding 40 years as of 16th Feb 2017
> Should possess excellent business communication, presentation, critical analysis and strong interpersonal skills
> Educational Qualification: Minimum 2nd Division in Bachelors Degree in the field of Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics,/ Relevant Field)/ CA or ACCA degree holder from a recognized University,
> Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a Banking sector with at least 1 years of experience as an in charge/ Head of department

4. Job Position: Head- Finance
> Educational Qualification: Minimum 2nd Division in Bachelors Degree in the field of Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Relevant Field)/ CA or ACCA degree holder from a recognized University.
> Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience In a Banking sector with related experience in Finance.

5. Job Position: Head- Human Resource
> Educational Qualification: Minimum 2nd Division in Bachelors Degree in the field of Commerce/ Management/ HR/ Relevant Field from a recognized University.
> Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a Banking sector with related experience of Human resource management, training and development.

Required Knowledge & Skills for all position:
> Adequate knowledge of rule, regulation, policies and act related to banking sector
> Should be fully acquainted with overall credit and operations functions of the Bank
> Should possess excellent business communication, presentation, critical analysis and strong interpersonal skills
