Minimum Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business/Management/Economics with 4 years of relevant experience or Masters Degree in the field of Business/Management/Economics with 3 Years of relevant banking experience.
• Age not exceeding 40 as on application deadline.
• The candidate should have at least 1 year experience in Officer Level in class A Bank.

Officer Level (Branch Managers I Credit) – Few

Minimum Qualification and Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in the field of Business/Management/ Economics with 2 years of relevant banking experience.
• Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.
• The Candidate should have at least 1 year experience in Senior Assistant Level in class A Bank.

Assistant/ Senior Assistant/ Supervisor (Micro Banking) – Outside Kathmandu Valley

Minimum Plus Two equivalent academic qualification with following years of experience for different positions

Supervisor : At least 5 years of experience in Micro Finance with age not exceeding 37 years as on application deadline

Senior Assistant : At least 4 years of experience in Micro Finance with age not exceeding 35 years as on application deadline

Assistant : At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance with age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline

Candidates are expected to be willing to go to rural/remote areas as per the need of the Bank.

• Preference shall be given to local candidates or candidates from surrounding area.
