Terms of Use

1. When you register with us, all you personal details are held confidential and not leaked to any third party without prior legal and ethical consultation with you.

2. JV reserves the rights to all the information you provide and the right to provide service to its registered users.

3. JV establishes, maintains and operates certain business links who sponsors part of JV’s functionalities, to whom it can sell its product and services.

4. Any infringement of your personal information by any third party needs to be reported within 35 business days before any legal action is taken but not until proper probe is made by the JV’s privacy committee.

5. You own the rights to change your personal and professional information at will.

6. The account information that you provide is secure and your privacy is maintain at a very high level.

7. No underage worker is allowed to interfere with the system including registering preventing any underage child labor against the ILO’s regulation.

8. Protect your personal information by never providing social security, credit card or bank account numbers to prospective employers

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between You and Maskey Incorporates Technology and Services, the company operating the Web site for the country in which You live or in which business is headquartered (“JobVacancy”), and are deemed accepted by You each time that You use or access any JobVacancy.com or Maskey Incorporates Technology and Services. If You do not accept the Terms stated here, do not use the JobVacancy.com and the Maskey Incorporates Technology and Services.

1. Use of the Maskey Incorporates Technology and Services.

The jobs posted, the resumes posted, service information and other personal and professional information included herewith in JobVacancy.com can be used by individuals or groups or companies only for the purpose of networking of finding the right channel to the jobs posted by companies/employers and that employers may also use the information in this site only for the purpose of finding the right candidate or the right pool of individuals apt for the jobs they have posted. Use of these information for any other beneficial purpose infringes the terms of use of this website.

Yet, Individuals or Groups or Companies may be affiliated with us and seek access to your information that you have provided and we as an online recruitment agency are in a position to allow such accesses. Yet we cannot assure to the fullest that the accesses are from right individuals even though we will try our best to not let that happen.

All JobVacancy Users agree to not:

(a) transmit, post, distribute, store or destroy material, including without limitation JobVacancy.com’s Content, in violation of any applicable law or regulation;

(b) use any device to navigate or search any JobVacancy.com other than the tools available on the Site, generally available third party web browsers, or other tools approved by JobVacancy;

(c) violate or attempt to violate the security of JobVacancy.com, including authentication by unauthorized entry or attempt to enter.

(d) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting;

(e) reverse engineer or decompile any parts of JobVacancy.com;

(f) frame or link to any JobVacancy Content or information available from any JobVacancy.com, unless permitted by these Terms;

(g) post any content or material that promotes or endorses false or misleading information or illegal activities, or endorses or provides instructional information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms, such as making or buying illegal weapons, or drugs or other illegal subjects, violating someone's privacy, providing or creating computer viruses or pirating media; \

(h) create multiple resumes or multiple copies and mislead the public with such acts at any time;

(i) access data not intended for You or logging into a server or account which You are not authorized to access;

(j) post or submit incomplete, fake or inaccurate biographical information about yourself or the entity you represent;

(k) solicit passwords or personally identifiable information from other Users;

(l) delete or alter any content or material/s posted by any other person or entity;

(m) harass, provoke harassment or promote harassment of any group, company, or individual;

(n) send unsolicited mail or email, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes promoting and/or advertising products or services to any User, or contact any users that have specifically requested us that you do not contact the user;

(o) attempt to interfere with service to any User, host or network, such as, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any JobVacancy.com, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing";

(p) promote or endorse an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such by as providing or making available pirated computer programs or links to them, providing or making available information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing or making available pirated music or other media or links to pirated music or other media files; or

(q) use the Maskey Incorporates Technology and Services for any unlawful purpose or any illegal activity, or post or submit any content, resume, or job posting that is defamatory, libelous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, racist, discriminatory, of a menacing character or likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, anxiety or could cause harassment to any person or include any links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind, as determined by JobVacancy’s discretion.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability. JobVacancy will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.

2. Additional Terms Applicable to Employers.

Job postings

A Job posting may not contain:

(a) any hyperlinks, other than those specifically authorized by JobVacancy;

(b) misleading, unreadable, or "hidden" keywords, repeated keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job opportunity being presented, as determined in JobVacancy’s reasonable discretion;

(c) the names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies other than those of your customer save where expressly agreed by JobVacancy;

(d) the names of colleges, cities, states, towns or countries that are unrelated to the posting;

(e) more than one job or job description, more than one location, or more than one job category, unless the product so allows;

(f) inaccurate, false, or misleading information; and

(g) material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.

JobVacancy reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from JobVacancy.com which, at reasonable discretion of JobVacancy.com, violate the above Terms, and not in the best interst of JobVacancy.com

If at any time during your use of the Maskey Incorporates Technology and Services Pvt. Ltd., You made a misrepresentation of fact to JobVacancy or otherwise misled JobVacancy in regards to the nature of Your business activities, JobVacancy.com holds the rights to terminate your use of the Maskey Incorporates Technology and Services.

Resume Database

Use of the JobVacancy Resume Database by Employers

The user resume data that you have is for you to keep and not to distribute it to third parties against the will of the user and in violation of your agreement to bind with the terms of JobVacancy.com. You will not use the resume data for any other purpose than for networking and for employment activity, and that you will not use to for personal or professional profit making purpose.

You will take necessary measures to protect the resume data base that you have and the data they contain against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure. You take full responsibility against such protection and security.

JobVacancy reserves the right to delete Your account and all of Your Information after a significant duration of inactivity.

WITH FULL INTENT BY LAW, JOBVACANCY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT JOBVACANCY.COM OR MASKEY INCORPORATES TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICES PVT. LTD. WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY JOBVACANCY.COM AND ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF YOUR USE OF ANY JOBVACANCY.COM OR THE JOBVACANCY CONTENT RESULTS ANY LOSS OF MATERIAL VALUE OR INTELLECTUAL VALUE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. JOBVACANCY MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE JOBVACANCY CONTENT, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, TEXT, GRAPHICS, AND LINKS.

4. Limitation of Liability.

The JobVacancy.com contain links to third party Web sites. JobVacancy.com is not responsible for the content of those linked third party sites and their content in no way represent JobVacancy.com. If You decide to access linked third-party web sites, you do so at your own risk.

6. No Resale or Unauthorized Commercial Use.

You agree to not resell, and to not make any unauthorized commercial use of JobVacancy.com and JobVacancy.com content.

7. Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobVacancy, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any User Content or other material You provide to any JobVacancy.com, (ii) Your use of any JobVacancy Content, or (iii) Your breach of these Terms.
